Alpine Elementary IB World School is excited to offer one of the first combined International Baccalaureate and STEM programs in the country!
The IB program provides our students with an approach to learning that helps students develop a deep understanding of the world around them, and understand themselves as learners. Beyond that, we use an engineering design-thinking process to support students as they learn to be movers and shakers - designing solutions to problems and then taking action to impact their world!
Students are using technology to access learning and create solutions. Robotics and computer programming have engaged students from preschool through 5th grade, and continue to play an increasingly important role in our school. We are helping students get ready for the world they will live in!
